Dough :

1 teaspoon of baker's yeast
1 egg
100 g of margarine
1 glass of milk
salt
a pinch of powdered sugar
Garnish:
Tomato sauce
Salami
Graded mozzarella
1 red, green and yellow bell pepper
Paris Champigons
Oregano
1 onion
Olive oil
Recipe:
1-Start by preparing the pizza dough. To do this, put the baker's yeast in a glass of lukewarm water to dissolve it.
2-In a large dish, put the beaten egg, baking powder, a glass of milk, margarine, salt, sugar and water with the yeast.
3-Mix everything then add the flour until you get a soft dough that does not stick. Roll the dough into a ball, cover it with a damp cloth and let stand in a warm place for at least 1 hour. The more the dough rests, the better it will be.
4-After standing, work the dough for 5 minutes to degas it (evacuate the gas formed by the yeast) then divide it into 3.
5-Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
6-Roll out the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, cover it with a layer of tomato sauce.
7-Sprinkle with grated mozzarella then arrange the peppers, mushrooms and onions cut into strips. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
8-Bake for about 15 minutes, 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the salami.
