-2 tbsp. Tomato coulis
-100g of mozzarella
-8 anchovy fillets in oil
-10 black olives
For the pizza dough:
-8g baker's yeast
-4 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp. fine salt
1-First prepare the pizza dough: crumble the baker's yeast in the flour, add salt, olive oil and 8 cl of lukewarm water.
2-Incorporate to form a soft dough, knead for 10 min, then let rise for about 1 hour under a tea towel: the dough should double in volume.
Break the dough with your fist, then knead it again, 2 min.
3-Spread it out into a disc about 30 cm in diameter, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4-Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (th. 7/8). Spread the mozzarella on the dough, in thin strips, then brush with the tomato coulis, using the back of a spoon.
5-Place the anchovies well patted on it, as well as the black olives. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
