INGREDIENTS: 2 PERS.
-1 ready-to-roll pizza dough
-150 g of diced ham (or slices)
-125 g of mozzarella
-70 g of grated cheese
-500 g of tomato puree (or tomato coulis)
-10 black olives
-1 C. oregano
-5 fresh basil leaves
-2 teaspoons of olive oil
1-While your oven is preheating to 7 (210 ° C), peel and slice the onion and tomato, then fry them for a few minutes in a saucepan with olive oil. Add the puree (or the tomato coulis) and a little salt and pepper, stir and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
2-When the tomato sauce is ready, cover a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper, then unroll the pizza dough on it. Cover generously with tomato sauce (without putting any on the edges), sprinkle with oregano, then add the diced ham, the mozzarella slices, the mushroom slices and the black olives.
3-Bake for 25 to 30 minutes while the dough is cooking, then serve drizzled with 1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil and sprinkled with chopped basil, and enjoy with romaine lettuce or arugula.
If you want to make a homemade dough, hand knead 300 g of wheat flour with a pinch of salt, 3 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil, and 1/2 cube of fresh baker's yeast diluted in 5 cl of lukewarm water mixed with 1 tsp. of sugar, gradually adding a little water until the dough no longer sticks and forms a compact ball, then let swell at room temperature for 1/2 hour, spread out on a baking sheet, and let stand for as you prepare the filling.
