INGREDIENTS
For the pizza dough:
-1 packet of preparation for my Francine pizza dough
-15 cl of hot water
-3 tbsp tbsp olive oil
For garnish :
-1/2 bell pepper
-200 g of artichoke hearts
-2 slices of meat.
-1 mozzarella ball
-1 brick of tomato coulis
-Oregano
-100 g of mushrooms

THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE
For the dough:
-Pour the contents of a bag of pizza dough mix
-Francine in a bowl and dig a well.
-Pour the yeast, then the hot but not hot water.
-Add olive oil and mix for 3 minutes using a wooden spoon to obtain a smooth paste.
-With floured hands, place your ball of dough on an oiled baking sheet and spread it with your fingertips over the entire surface.
For garnish :
-Turn the oven to 240 ° C (Th 8).
-Cut the 1/2 pepper into strips and the artichoke hearts into 4.
-Then cut strips of ham and prepare diced mozzarella.
-Finally, distribute the tomato sauce over your dough and sprinkle it with oregano.
-The secret of the 4 seasons is to put one ingredient per quarter of pizza: so have 1/4 pepper, then 1/4 artichoke, 1/4 ham then 1/4 mushroom.
-Spread the diced mozzarella over your entire pizza.
-Decorate with a few black olives.
-Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.
