Dough ingredients:
-300 ml of lukewarm water
-450 g flour
-Instant yeast
-1 fine salt
-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
-Sauce and garnish:
-300 ml diced tomato with canned juice
-2 garlic cloves, chopped
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-A pinch of salt
-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Garnish :
-80 g cooked ham cut into strips and your choice of change
-2 artichoke hearts cut into quarters
-3 button mushrooms, cut into quarters
-12 green olives
-4 anchovies (in brine)
-120 g mozzarella cheese
-2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add lukewarm water and oil and mix until a ball forms, add flour if the dough sticks
