FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:

-150 g of peeled white ham slices
-100 g grated Gruyere

Prepare the dough:
-Heat the tablespoons of water in a cup.
-Stir in the fresh baker's yeast with a spoon, then let stand for 20 minutes.

How to knead a dough?
