INGREDIENTS
12 cl of water
200g Francine pizza flour
100 g of tomato sauce
1 bacon tray
10 slices of raclette cheese
1 onion
1 tablespoon of thyme leaves
salt
pepper
olive oil
1 sachet of dry yeast

THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE
:For the dough
In a large bowl, I mix the Francine pizza flour and water until the dough is smooth. I let stand for at least 20 minutes.
I add the salt and the Francine Boulangerie Yeast to the dough. I knead for a few minutes: the dough should take on a smooth and shiny appearance. In a bowl I add the oil and mix by hand until the oil is completely absorbed, this mixing may take a little while. I form a ball with the dough and I let it rest for at least 20 minutes. The rest time can last up to 1 hour. With my dough rested, it is easy for me to flatten the ball (you don't have to repeat it) and lengthen it to give it the shape of a round pizza. I garnish and bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 240 ° .g.

:For garnish
I turn on the oven at 240 ° C (Th8). I spread the tomato sauce on the pizza, then I spread the bacon, raclette, onion rings and sprinkle with thyme leaves. I salt, pepper and pour a drizzle of olive oil. I bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the filling.
